JIS F7305 Globe Valve

JIS F7305 Globe Valve

JIS F7305 is a Japanese industrial standard (JIS) that specifies the requirements for marine flange cast iron stop valves.

It is mainly used in ship piping systems to control the flow of fluids.

Overview

Main Material:

This standard valve usually uses cast iron (such as HT200) as the material for the valve body and valve cover, bronze (such as ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5) as the material for the valve disc and valve seat, and brass (such as HPb59-1) as the material for the valve stem, to accommodate various media such as seawater, freshwater, lubricating oil, and fuel oil.

Nominal Diameter and Presure:

The connection type is flange. The nominal diameter range is typically from DN20 to DN200. The working pressure grades include 5K (approximately 0.5 MPa), 10K (approximately 1.0 MPa), and 16K (approximately 1.6 MPa), etc.

The JIS F7305 valve features excellent sealing performance and short opening/closing time. It is suitable for high-pressure environments and has a bidirectional flow direction.

Valve Supply:

Good sealing performance and quick opening/closing time.

Hi-Sea offers a large quantity of goods in stock, with short delivery time. It can meet the time requirements for ship repair and construction. The price is favorable and the quality is excellent.
