Working Principle:

The valve stem and disc of the stop check valve employ a non-fixed connection (such as a loose-fit structure). Functional switching is achieved through the vertical movement of the valve stem: when the stem is depressed, the disc presses tightly against the seat to perform the shut-off function. Upon raising the stem, the disc automatically switches to the check function under fluid pressure or gravity, thereby realising dual control with a single valve.

Feature:

The stop check valve is suitable for applications with limited space (such as pump outlets); it supports manual shut-off operation and automatic back flow prevention. Models with a nominal bore ≤50mm may also be used for flow regulation, fulfilling multiple requirements including shut-off, throttling and back flow prevention.
